The former body of Hangzhou Boiler General Equipment Co., Ltd is the integration of metalworking workshop, tool workshop and dynamic department of Hangzhou Boiler Works. Upon approval by Hangzhou Mechanical and Electronic Shareholding (Group) Co., Ltd in December 2000, Hangzhou Boiler General Equipment Co., Ltd is transferred into “Hangzhou Boiler General Equipment Co., Ltd.” To further promote the stable development, the company joined Hangzhou Boiler Group Co., Ltd in September 2005 and has become a subsidiary of Hangzhou Boiler Group Shareholding Co., Ltd. Now Hangzhou Boiler holds 51% of the company shares, and the remaining company shares are the natural person’s share. The company has a registered capital of 19.30 million RMB.

Adjacent to Hangzhou Boiler, the company is registered at the same place as Hangzhou Boiler. With the occupation area of 12000m2 and the workshop area of 8000m2, the company has 257 employees including 40 various technical personnel. At present, the company’s production capacity keeps increasing year by year.

The company has possessed advanced mechanical processing and manufacturing equipment including 175 piece/set of various advanced equipment such as four-shaft three-interlocked vertical processing center, automatic numerical control lathe, NC double column cutting tool, horizontal 8m lathe, dragon planer, jig bore, large hob milling machine, hydraulic presses machine tool, TIG welding machine and MAG welding machine. The company has the ability for processing precision components and has possessed various processing equipment such as lathe, milling machine, planer, grinding machine, boring machine and slotting machine which can meet the processing requirement for various components.
